Lilith seems to like playing tricks on people, as she initially acts surprised to see Reto. She wears a red and white strap across her breasts, skimpy red and white underwear, and pale red stockings with white spots.Дuring battle, Lilith's sprites have animations, a feature not found in any other enemy. Lilith is a succubus with pale skin, orange eyes, red hair tied into a side tail, two small conical horns, green wings with red membranes, and a red tail with a tip shaped like a fork.
